in Windows Vista

User Acces Control or UAC is a new feature in Windows Vista that protects your system from malware. When an application is executed, it asks permission to do the further tasks. Though UAC won’t affect your system performance directly, sometimes it may become annoying for the user and you may wish to disable it. For disabling UAC, follow the steps given below.

1.Open ‘Control Panel’.
2.Open ‘User Accounts’.
3.Click the ‘Turn User Account Control on or off’ link.
4.Clear the ‘User Account Control to help protect your computer’ checkbox.
5.Click’OK’ to save the changes.
